This stunning hand-colored aquatint print of Caprimulgus vociferus, the Eastern Whip-poor-will, is Plate 82 from John James Audubon's iconic work, "Birds of America" (1827-30). The print was engraved, printed, and hand-colored by R. Havell & Son in London.
