Waiting for Queen Victorias arrival in 1846 in their top hats and tails to perform during the Pageant of History of Lostwithiel 1189 to 1989. Those pictured were all mayors of Lostwithiel in 20th century. From left to right: Warren Nicholls, Jim Jeffery, Paul Brewer and Ricky Isaacs. Over 2, 500 people watched the pageant held in the grounds of Restormel Castle. 144 of the towns residents took part in the plays, which commemorated 800 years of the town being granted a Charter.
