Glazed porcelain dish, painted in dark blue underglaze with a central design of a chrysanthemum flower with single brushstroke narrow pointed petals, surrounded by three sets of scrolling spirals in groups of eight, and three half flowerheads. Around the rim are twelve radiating panels, each containing a stylised chrysanthemum spray. The rim is painted orange, and is worn away in some areas. The plate has a foot-rim.
