Soyuz 15. A rocket carrying the Soyuz-15 capsule on its launchpad. Soyuz-15 was launched on 26 August 1974 to take Gennadi Sarafinov and Lev Dyomin to the orbiting Salyut 3 space station. When the spacecraft arrived it was unable to dock due to a failure in the automated system. The crew returned to Earth on 28 August
