Lord Brooke (Leopold Guy Francis Maynard Greville, 1882-1928) who married Miss Elfrida Marjorie Eden on 29 April 1909 at St Margarets Church, Westminster. He fought in the Boer War and was a war correspondent during the Russo-Japanese War. He became 6th Earl of Warwick on 15 January 1924

The dapper aristocrat, dressed in formal Edwardian attire, sits confidently in a plush, high-backed chair, his legs crossed and a folded newspaper resting on his lap. Lord Brooke, born Leopold Guy Francis Maynard Greville, had a storied past, having fought in the Boer War and served as a war correspondent during the Russo-Japanese War. His moustache and boater hat add to his distinguished air. The intricately carved wooden chair, with its ornate design and plush upholstery, adds an air of historical grandeur to the image.
