This intriguing photograph captures a pivotal moment in the investigation of the purported telepathic abilities of Czechoslovak vaudeville performer, Josef Kraus, also known as Fred Marion. In this experiment, conducted in 1933, Kraus was asked to find hidden objects using his supposed telepathic abilities while an apparatus, known as a sentry box, was used to test the theory.
