This exquisite illustration showcases the intricate details of this unique Australian bird, native to the arid regions of Western and Southern Australia. The Spinifex Pigeon, also known as the Spinifex Quail-Pigeon, is a member of the Columbidae family and is characterized by its long, slender legs and distinctive plumage.
