This image is taken from Curtis's British Entomology, a seminal work in the field of entomology published between 1824 and 1839. Plate 366, featuring Coleoptera or beetles, specifically the species Adimonia 4-maculata, now known as Phyllobrotica quadrimaculata, is depicted in intricate detail.
