Mother Shipton, born Ursula Sontheil in 1488, is one of the most famous prophetesses in English history, hailing from the picturesque town of Knaresborough in Yorkshire. This photograph print, depicting Mother Shipton with her familiar, transports us back to the 16th century and the enchanting world of paranormal phenomena.
