In this image, we are transported to the mythical world of Pygmalion and the Image as depicted by English painter Edward Burne-Jones. The photograph captures a print of "The Soul Attains" one of four paintings created by Burne-Jones between 1869 and 1879. Stepping into the scene, we witness the moment when Pygmalion, portrayed on the left side, returns home to an astonishing sight.
