He has won the Oaks on five occasions - Sunny Jane (1917), Pogrom (1922), Saucy Sue (1925), Short Story (1926) and Pennycomequick (1929). Rhodes Scholar, with R Dick up, won the Eclipse Stakes at Sandown and proved itself to be the leading colt of 1936.
