Royalty - Queen Elizabeth II - HMS Valiant - Torbay
The Royal yacht Britannia, dressed overall and carrying Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the Royal family, passes the nuclear submarine HMS Valiant as she goes through the lines of the Western Fleet assembled in Torbay, Devon for the two-day review. Britannia was steaming to her anchorage at the eastern end of the lines and later members of the Royal family were due to visit units of the Fleet.
