In this evocative photograph, taken by Dougie Allward on March 22, 2015, at Wembley Stadium, Steve Cotterill, the manager of Bristol City Football Club, leads his team out onto the hallowed turf for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final against Walsall. The Robins, as the team is affectionately known, were competing in their first major final in over 20 years, and the excitement was palpable as they prepared to take on The Saddlers. Dressed in his trademark black blazer and tie, Cotterill cuts an authoritative figure as he walks alongside his players, each one focused and determined to bring the trophy back to Ashton Gate, the home of Bristol City. The team's colors, the iconic red and white stripes, are proudly displayed on their shirts, and the anticipation of the crowd, both on and off the pitch, is evident in the faces of the players.
