This print takes us back to the bustling streets of New York City in the 1920s. The focal point is undoubtedly the magnificent U. S. Custom House building, standing tall and proud on Bowling Green. Its grandeur is accentuated by a plethora of architectural details, from its towering columns to the ornate lampposts that line the street. In this snapshot of history, we witness an amalgamation of transportation methods coexisting harmoniously. A classic car gracefully passes by, while a horse-drawn carriage with majestic horses trots along beside it. The sight of these noble animals adds a touch of nostalgia to this urban scene.
