The image captures the start of the Junior Long Handicap race at JCC Brooklands, a legendary racing circuit that was renowned for its high-speed battles. In this particular moment frozen in time, we see the limit man A. A. Pollard with his Alvis car taking position number 15 on the starting grid. Right beside him is E. C. Gordon England with his ABC vehicle marked as number 14. As they prepare for an adrenaline-fueled competition, their intense focus is palpable.
