An unusual wedding at Lorna Doones church (St Marys Church, Oare, which features in the novel by R D Blackmore), near the village of Malmsmead, Exmoor, Devon. The happy couple, Mr H C Black and Miss C Hoffmeister of Glenthorne, Devon, were married in riding habit, and immediately after the ceremony joined the meet of the Devon and Somerset Staghounds. Here they can be seen leaving the church, with wellwishers throwing confetti over them. (1 of 2)
