Dickens remains an iconic figure in the world of literature. His works continue to resonate with readers even more than a century after his passing, never losing their popularity or going out of print. Dickens' novels often served as poignant social commentaries on the injustices prevalent in Victorian society. This profound insight into societal inequities was perhaps shaped by his own personal experiences.
