The poster serves as a tribute to one hundred years of uninterrupted service during times of war and peace. It beautifully encapsulates the grandeur and significance of Waterloo Station, with its bustling platforms, iconic clocks, and even guardsmen adding an air of regality. The attention to detail is evident in every stroke, showcasing McKie's artistic prowess. Beyond her contributions to SR's posters, McKie was also known for her versatility.
