This striking photograph captures the iconic figure of Lord Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of the Scout Movement, in his Scout uniform and decorations from circa 1929. Lord Baden-Powell's vision of instilling values of character development and self-reliance in young boys through outdoor activities and adventure began with the publication of his book "Scouting for Boys" in 1908. The Scout Movement quickly gained popularity and spread across the globe, becoming an integral part of many communities and cultures.
