Stevenson was named honorary secretary of the club in 1935; Ewer won 2 England caps, played 14 amateur internationals and was a football author; Fabian was also a football author; Doggart won 1 England cap, played cricket for Durham and Middlesex and later became FA Chairman from 1961 to 1963; Benest later served Royal Court in Jersey as Viscount of Jersey between 1946 and 1974).
In 1939, Corinthian amalgamated with the Casuals to form Corinthian-Casuals Football Club

. In this photo print, we are transported back to the exciting football season of 1930/31, where Aston Villa triumphed over Corinthian with a resounding score of 8-2. The image captures the Corinthian team group moments before kick-off on February 14th, 1931. Standing tall at the back row from left to right are J. R. B. Moulsdale, F. De. L. Evans, H. M. Garland-Wells, J. G. Stevenson, and Frederick Harold Ewer. In the front row proudly pose Aubrey Howard Fabian, R. Brogden, G. D. Kemp-Welch, Alexander Graham Doggart (who would later become FA Chairman), Herbert Vyvian Benest (later serving as Viscount of Jersey), and A. H. Chaddar. This remarkable snapshot reveals some intriguing details about these players' lives beyond their time on the field: Stevenson's appointment as honorary secretary in 1935; Ewer's impressive achievements including two England caps and his authorship in football literature; Fabian's own contributions as a football author; Doggart's diverse sporting career encompassing cricket for Durham and Middlesex alongside his role as FA Chairman; and Benest's distinguished service to Royal Court in Jersey.
