EDITORS COMMENTS
This print captures a significant moment in history - the Guns of the 75th Royal Field Artillery in Pretoria, South Africa, in 1899. The image showcases the artillery guns lined up at the Artillery Barracks, ready for action during the Boer War (1899-1902). Preserved at London's National Army Museum, this historical artifact serves as a reminder of both military strategy and resilience during times of conflict. Its inclusion within Bridgeman Images' Fine Art Finder ensures that its significance endures for generations to come without commercial exploitation or alteration.
