They were among the first visitors to the toy library which has been started by Mrs Carole Mann, an infant teacher at Paddock School, to cater for parents and children in the Huddersfield area. It will operate from the school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 11.30am to noon and from 3.30 to 4pm. Said Mrs Mann: are still asking for more good quality toys and for donations.he toy library operates on a library book system. Children can take out a toy for two weeks at a very small charge. The library is manned by staff and parents. 3rd February 1986
