Some inmates of the St Martins Orthopaedic Hospital And Special School, Pyrford, near Woking, Surrey. The home was opened by the Waifs and Strays Society in 1916 to house up to 50 boys aged 5 to 16. Here, a group of boys with various physical disabilities, some using crutches, are in the grounds of the school with a donkey. Date: Circa 1920
