great photograph capturing a pivotal moment in the 2006-07 FA Premiership season between Charlton Athletic and Arsenal at The Valley in London. The image features two prominent players of the match: Alex Hleb of Arsenal and Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink of Charlton Athletic. Alex Hleb, the Belarusian midfielder, joined Arsenal in the summer of 2005 and quickly became a fan favorite with his skillful play and creativity on the field. In this game, he was instrumental in Arsenal's attack, setting up one of their goals with a brilliant pass. On the other side, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink, the Dutch striker, was a formidable opponent for any defense. He had already scored 12 goals in the league that season and was a thorn in Arsenal's side throughout the match. Despite Hasselbaink's best efforts, Arsenal managed to take a 1-0 lead through a goal by Thierry Henry, assisted by Hleb. However, Charlton equalized just before halftime through a Hasselbaink penalty. The second half saw Arsenal regain control of the game, and Hleb once again played a key role in their offense. His pass found the unmarked Emmanuel Adebayor, who scored the winning goal in the 66th minute. The photograph captures the moment of triumph as Hleb celebrates with his teammates, while Hasselbaink looks on in disappointment. This photograph is a testament to the intense and competitive nature of the FA Premiership and the individual skill and determination of these two players.
