These mischievous mammals are most active during mornings and late afternoons when they gather in bands ranging from 2 to an astonishing 25 members. Talk about a lively party! Being true omnivores with a diverse palate, these little piggies feast on nuts, mesquite beans, berries, fruits. . . and yes! Even cacti! They have no qualms devouring grubs or bird eggs either.
