The Nouranda was the prototype for the Canadian-built Fleet 80 Canuck, a transport aircraft that would go on to serve with distinction in the post-war era. Designed and manufactured by Noury Aviation of Montreal, the T-65 was a single-engine, twin-boom monoplane with a capacity to carry up to 12 passengers or 2,500 pounds of cargo.
