Known for his unwavering dedication to the Anglican faith, Atlay played a significant role in shaping religious practices during this era. On the right side of the image stands James Hamilton, also known as the 1st Duke of Abercorn. A British statesman with a remarkable political career, Hamilton held prestigious positions such as Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1866 and 1868 and again from 1874 to 1876.
