The image is taken from "Champignons Edibles et Veneureux" (Edible and Poisonous Mushrooms), a seminal mycological work published in Neuchatel, Switzerland, in 1890 by renowned mycologist and artist Fritz Leuba. Leuba's meticulous illustration showcases the unique characteristics of each mushroom, with the Fly Agaric being the most prominent and recognizable.
