The captivating print of the "Weavers Tomb Khnumhotep" takes us back to ancient Egypt during the Middle Kingdom Dynasty 12, around 1897-1878 B. C. This original piece, located in Beni Hasan's Tomb 3, has been beautifully captured on paper using tempera paint and ink. The facsimile measures approximately h. 66.5 cm (26 3/16") and w. 103.5 cm (40 3/4"), allowing us to admire every intricate detail. Painted by Norman de Garis Davies (1865-1941), this stunning scene depicts a group of weavers diligently working their craft.
