Great moment from the 2018-19 SkyBet Championship match between QPR and Preston North End at Loftus Road on Saturday 19th January 2019. In this thrilling encounter, Preston North End mounted a dramatic comeback to turn the game around and secure a valuable three points. The turning point came in the second half when Preston's number 11, Sean Maguire, crossed the ball into the box, and the QPR defense failed to clear it properly. The ball fell kindly to Alan Browne, who made no mistake from close range to reduce the deficit to one. The momentum was with Preston now, and they continued to press forward. In the 68th minute, Daniel Johnson set up Brad Potts on the edge of the box, and he unleashed a powerful strike that beat the QPR goalkeeper to make it 2-2. But the best was yet to come. In the 85th minute, Billy Bodin delivered a pinpoint cross into the area, and Tom Barkhuizen rose above the QPR defense to head home and put Preston in the lead for the first time in the game. The celebrations that followed were a sight to behold as the Preston players and fans went wild. The goal scorers, Barkhuizen, Potts, and Browne, joined forces in a jubilant group celebration, with Maguire and Bodin also getting in on the act.
