Looking on are Sarah Harris, food hygiene education officer for the City Council and Barbara Morgan, staff manager for Tesco, Coventry. Tesco staff award winners were: Simon Denwick, John Bennett, Gary Baines, David Richardson, Colin Warner, Peter Jones, Jane Thompson and Pauline Bates. 13th February 1990. Councillor Raj Malhotra is the first Asian Councillor for Coventry, Representing Lower Stoke for the Labour Party between 1987 and 1992
