The winning team, composed of drivers Carroll Shelby, Stirling Moss, Ricardo Salvadori, and Duncan Brown, proudly stand before their Aston Martin DBR1/195. The Tourist Trophy, one of the most prestigious races in international motorsport, saw these four drivers collaborate in an epic display of skill and teamwork. Shelby, an American racing driver, and team owner, shared the driving duties with the legendary British driver Stirling Moss, who was renowned for his finesse and racing acumen. Argentinean driver Ricardo Salvadori and British driver Duncan Brown completed the formidable lineup. Together, they navigated the challenging 3.8-mile Goodwood Circuit, leaving their competitors in the dust. Their Aston Martin DBR1/195, a powerful and agile machine, proved to be the perfect tool for their victory.
