This stunning photograph captures the moment Felipe Luis scores Chelsea's second goal in the Capital One Cup Quarterfinal against Derby County, on December 16,2014. The Brazilian defender, who had only joined the Blues from Atletico Madrid that summer, unleashed a powerful left-footed strike from just outside the penalty area that left Derby County's goalkeeper and defenders rooted to the spot. The goal came in the 52nd minute of the match, which was played at Stamford Bridge, and helped Chelsea secure a comfortable 3-0 victory. The Capital One Cup, now known as the EFL Cup, is one of the oldest domestic cup competitions in English football, and this goal was a significant moment in Chelsea's successful run in the tournament that season.
