Poster produced for London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS) and London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) to promote rail travel to Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands. The poster shows a landscape view of the area, with green hills, grazing cows and mountains in the background. Artwork by Norman Wilkinson, who studied art at Portsmouth and Southsea Schools of Art. A famous marine painter, he designed posters for several railways and organised the Royal Academy series of posters for the London & Midlands Railway (LMR) in 1924. Dimensions: 1016 mm x 635 mm

Printed using Dye-Sublimation and for best care we recommend a non-ammonia glass cleaner, water, or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol to prevent harming the print surface. We recommend using a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off the print. The ultra-hard surface is scratch-resistant, waterproof and weatherproof. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
