Brooksides Sue Johnston who plays Sheila Grant in the Channel Four soap took her son Joel along to Chester Zoo for his 6th birthday party, yesterday. As a birthday preset Sue adopted an animal of Joels choice, a Python. Joel who is pictured being introduced to a Boa Constrictor by Herpetologist (Snake Expert) Keith Brown, at the Reptile House, was a bit weary of the scaly creature and declined giving it a cuddle, settling instead for giving it a pat on the head.
