In this print captured by Robert L Nicholson in January 1972, we are transported to the heart of Scotland's Knockando Whisky Distillery. The image showcases an employee meticulously inspecting the casks in the distillery's bonded warehouse, a crucial step in the whisky-making process. With a focused expression on his face and donning a sturdy apron, the dedicated workman ensures that each barrel is maturing perfectly.
