Painter David Hockney (born 9 July 1937) at the John Kasmin Gallery in 1966. The exhibit pictured here was entitled "Drawings For Ubu Roi And Cavafy Etchings." (Hockney designed the sets and costumes for Alfred Jarry's production of "Ubu Roi.") Also on display in this image is Hockney's flamboyant and audacious style of dress.
