The storyline is, they land their ship, The Tardis, on the mysterious planet Vortis, a land of bubbling acid pools and mists, and it is not long before their existence is in peril from a new monster - The Zarbi (designed by John Wood). The Zarbi has an ant like appearance. The Zarbi gun looks like a giant wood louse. The Menoptera (a good monster) looks like a butterfly.
