Michael and Neil, who are members of the Crosland Hill troop, won the Cartwright Trophy, presented to the winners of the Huddersfield South West District Scouts annual indoor cooking competition. They had to make a meal for two using only fresh produce and costing not more than £ 3.50. Their mouthwatering menu included a cheese dip starter with celery and carrots, pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce and fresh fruit with Greek yoghurt. 13th October 1991
