Steve Bloomer (1874-1938), English footballer and manager. He played for Derby County, Middlesbrough and England during the 1890s and 1900s, and was famous for his prolific scoring of goals. He remains a legend at Derby County, the Club anthem is entitled Steve Bloomers Watching, and a portrait bust of him was unveiled at the Pride Park ground in 2009. Date: early 20th century
