HMS Broadsword, a Weapon class destroyer, was built by Yarrow at Scotstoun and completed in 1948. She served in Home waters until 1953 when she entered reserve. The picture shows her after her conversion to a radar picket in 1957-58. She served in Home and Mediterranean waters until 1963, and was finally broken up in 1968.
