Framed Prints From Armed Forces
Framed Print of 100 years of the RAF
Pictured during the Falklands war is a Harrier GR.3 undergoing an engine change in the hangar on HMS Hermes. A Royal Navy Lynx is visable at the rear of the hangar.
The Sea Harrier FRS.1 differed from the RAFs GR.3 in having extensive corrosion-proofing, a cockpit that was raised to provide the pilot with a better view, and a multi-mode radar called Blue Fox, which could search for targets in the air or on the sea.
