In this evocative photograph, taken circa 1910, we find a striking image of three Imperial Ottoman Turkish Princes - Sons of Sultan Mehmed V Resad: Sehzade Mehmed Ziyaeddin (b. 1873), Sehzade Mahmud Necmeddin (b. 1876), and Sehzade Omer Hilmi (b. 1886). The eldest prince, Mehmed Ziyaeddin, is depicted on the left, with a serious and contemplative expression. He wears a red fez adorned with gold embroidery, signifying his royal status.
