Great moment as Everton manager David Moyes celebrates with his team after securing a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Reading at Madejski Stadium in the Barclays Premier League on November 17, 2012. With the Toffees trailing 1-0 late in the first half, Moyes rallied his troops and inspired a second-half comeback, with Leighton Baines and Nikica Jelavic scoring the crucial goals to earn three valuable points.
