Syrian Syrian Collection

Syrian, is an organisation dedicated to promoting and preserving the cultural heritage of Syria through art. It was founded in 2014 by a group of Syrian artists who wanted to create a platform for their work and to share their culture with the world. The organisation works with local artists, curators, galleries and museums to promote Syrian art both inside and outside Syria. It also provides resources for emerging Syrian artists, such as workshops, exhibitions, grants and scholarships. Through its activities, Syrian seeks to raise awareness about the plight of Syrians in exile and those living under oppressive regimes. By showcasing their work internationally it hopes to inspire hope among Syrians that they can still make meaningful contributions despite the difficult circumstances they face.
