This photograph, captured between approximately 1890 and 1900, showcases the breathtaking views of the Stone Bridge (Steinerne Brucke) and the magnificent Cathedral in the historic city of Ratisbon, or Regensburg, in Bavaria, Germany. The Stone Bridge, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, spans the Naab River and connects the Old Town with the New Town. Constructed in the late 12th and early 13th centuries, the bridge is adorned with 16 arches and is a testament to the engineering prowess of the Middle Ages. In the background, the towering Cathedral of St. Peter dominates the skyline. This Romanesque and Gothic architectural marvel, built between 1120 and 1185, is a significant religious and historical site.
