A dress of worsted Saxony from Marshall and Snelgrove with a narrow-lined over-check ion a grey ground. The dress has a pretty cross-over bodice and seven-eighths sleeved and is finished with a wide belt. One of a quartette of dresses shown by the Tatler as perfect for wearing during the Coronation summer. Date: 1953
