Born on March 12, 1817, Elizabeth was the eldest daughter of the 6th Baron Craven and Lady Elizabeth Milnes-Gaskell. In 1836, she married Arthur, the third Earl of Wilton, and became the Countess of Wilton. The couple's marriage took place at St. George's Hanover Square in London. Elizabeth's stunning appearance in this photograph is a testament to the high societal standards of the time. Her elegant dress, adorned with intricate lace and a delicate floral pattern, is accessorized with a large, ornate brooch and a matching shawl.
