This striking photograph captures the imposing presence of the Caproni Ca-90, the largest landplane in the world at the time of its unveiling in 1929. With a wingspan of 84 meters and six powerful engines, this heavy bomber represented the pinnacle of Italian aviation technology during the interwar period. However, the Ca-90 was never given the opportunity to prove its worth in combat.
