Named after the famous Battle of Trafalgar that occurred in 1805, where Napoleon's dreams of invading Britain were shattered, this square was planned in the 1820s but officially named after the battle only in 1830. The focal point of this image is undoubtedly the majestic fountains that adorn Trafalgar Square.
